The primary sub-contractor MW Builders
uses is John Wick Homes. John Wick Homes uses independent
builders, like MW Builders, to sell and build their
home packages. Wick provides pre-engineered home designs;
Panelized
Components, dependable suppliers, cost controlled
buying power, and experienced set, trim, and service
personnel to build all its homes.
MW Builders also works with other
sub-contractors, including the excavator, plumber, electrician,
painter, HVAC, drywaller, and foundation walls and flatwork
contractor, to provide the final home, finished to the
customer's requests, with excellent quality materials
and installation, on a timely basis.
