Building Value
We start with values. And we finish with unparalleled construction service.
A Trusted Partner
We're always looking to partner with quality subs and vendors. Allow us to extend our hand.
Our Employee-Owners
As an employee-owned company, we benefit directly from our own success. We’re all owners at MW Builders, in the truest sense of the word. We have a real, measurable stake in our work and our projects.
Whether it's staff in the field or in the office, we support one another—together as a single team—with an eye on big picture success.
In 1999, we launched a formal Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) —a true milestone for the many team members that belong to the MW Builders family.
