Project Description

The Helen Greathouse Manor is a three-story, 113,000 square foot, assisted living facility that includes 86 assisted living apartments. Each unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area.

The facility was designed with a residential atmosphere, consisting of comfortable living units, care-based support areas, activity spaces, common living areas, and dining areas with support kitchens. This project also includes the Vogel Center, which included 29 apartments to care for individuals in the early stages of memory impairment. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with gardens, fountains, sitting areas, as well as balconies for enjoying the grounds.
