Client Testimonial
It is with great pleasure that I write a letter of recommendation for MW Builders. This contractual team demonstrated great interest in our vision for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and in attaining our goals. The team at MW Builders worked effectively with our lead architect and with us as well. I would recommend MW Buiders for projects similar to our Tryon III Apartments and would consider them for any other student housing related projects we will have in the future.

Project Description
The Independence Village (Tyron III) student housing project was contracted as a fast-track Design-Build facility that included early completion incentives for each of three buildings. MW Builders was able to meet this aggressive schedule and earned all three incentive bonuses, completing this project with only a 220-day duration. Working as partners with the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and Sterling Thompson Architects with honest and open communication, MW Builders successfully produced a quality project on time and within budget.
The finished project consisted of three, 3-story apartment style student housing units, for 144 beds, as well as a community building. The buildings are wood frame, brick veneer with shingle roofing, and the project totals 72,000 square feet.
