Chi Omega Sorority House

The 3-story Chi Omega Sorority House on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus is a wood-frame structure with tuck-under concrete structured parking. The exterior facade consists of brick and EIFS with an asphalt shingled roof.

Residents have access to amenities such as a commercial kitchen, private bathrooms, laundry facilities, computer rooms, two studies, loft bedrooms, an exterior balcony, and electronic key fob entry. The design includes 40 units and will house 93 women.
