Federal Government
ACS Complex Phase 1A UEPH Barracks

MW Builders constructed three barracks buildings that house nearly 270 soldiers at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord located near Seattle, Wash. Special features on this project include:

  • Access drive
  • Bicycle shelter
  • Two picnic shelters
  • Basketball court
  • Sand volleyball court
  • Jogging trail

The MW Builders team at the Fort Lewis jobsite self-performed the structural concrete and reinforcement for all three barracks buildings.

As with other projects, self-performing allowed the team to take control of the project’s schedule right away, and it also helped set the tempo for the remainder of the project.

The team’s dedication to quality and on-time completion has consistently earned them an Outstanding as a CCASS rating from the USACE.
