Having worked in the construction industry across the country, I have been exposed to a variety of service levels provided by general contractors in the commercial construction industry. Based on this experience, I rate MW Builders as one of the best I've worked with during my career.
MW Builders built the Residence Inn and Hilton Garden Inn project complex in Gulfport, MS. MW Builders exhausted all avenues to procure the project and delivered it on time and SUBSTANTIALLY under budget. It was clear working with MW Builders that their projects mean something to them. Success on all levels is very important to the MW Builders project team.
[The construction of the BCTC] was done in a very professional way. MW Builders works with you, and assists you if there are any questions or considerations. MW Builders did a great job informing you of what was going on. For engineering, construction, teamwork, and being friendly to the user, I would grade them an 'A'. They really provided it all in one package. You felt part of the team.
[For this project], MW Builders helped identify -- and agreed upon -- a savings of approximately $900,000. We were very appreciative of (their) innovation and responsiveness allowing the cost savings effort to be accomplished in a little over three weeks. This was absolutely essential in order to allow the owner to proceed with previously scheduled, complicated bond sale. It is productive and enjoyable to work with contractors that exhibit teamwork and cooperation. The staff at MW Builders has done just that on projects which we have been associated. MW Builders has been very professional in their dealings with the Borger ISD. I truly believe they have considered what is in the best interest of the school district and (they) hired quality subcontractors to complete the projects. Communication between the school district administration, Board of Trustees, and MW Builders has been excellent. The look of the baseball park itself is beautifully complimentary to the football facility next door. The brickwork and classic entryway are similar to, but not exactly the same as, the gridiron palace across the parking lot. The execution and the attention to detail were simply outstanding here. When you combine the beautiful aesthetics of the ballpark with the way it handles air flow, it's a winning combination.
I'm really proud of what we achieved together. MW Builders is focused on safety, quality, and the outcome. I picked the company I thought would do the very best job. As Architect and Project Manager for Central Texas College, I would like to express my satisfaction with MW Builders. Their professionalism and expertise is exactly what every design team and owner wish for on a project. This project showed the true meaning of 'teamwork,' as the owner, design team, and general contractor worked together to accomplish the vision of the project. Fort Hood provided a unique set of work requirements that MW Builders was able to see through to completion. Seminole Independent School District began working with MW Builders in 2009. They were given the job of Construction Manager at Risk for our new Junior High. This was a $30 million dollar project. After bids were received, we checked references of districts that have previously used MW Builders. The references were extremely positive; and, the school districts and companies were very pleased with the projects that had been built. The comments we heard, included: They are conscientious, hard working, extremely professional, kept deadlines, stayed in budget, and had the interest of those for whom they work at the forefront of the project.
