Aaron Hoelscher Promoted to Vice President of Operations

Aaron Hoelscher, who has been with the MW Builders team since 2005, has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Aaron joined our team as a Project Engineer at our Midland office and has since held various other positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and most recently as Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Aaron has been instrumental in the growth of our Midland office as it has grown from a team of four to 13 under his leadership. The Midland office is now seen as the go-to contractor in the Permian Basin. 

Aaron’s attention to detail, trustworthiness, and hard work ethic have helped to secure long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners which will be instrumental to our continued success in the Midland market. As Vice President of Operations, Aaron will continue to lead our Midland office as well as assist with the overall strategic goals of the company.
