The Bell County project includes a new, 170,533-SF Livestock and Equestrian Facility, featuring a split-level performance arena with dirt floor, tiered spectator seating, an upper concourse with show spaces, and a mezzanine featuring a restaurant and bar complete with well-equipped commercial kitchen, concessions, and meeting spaces. This project also consists of substantial site improvements increasing parking capacity for the entire Expo campus. Renovations of the existing 100,000-SF Expo Exhibit Area Building primarily included the addition of air conditioning equipment and improvements to the building envelope. This project also consists of substantial electrical gear and distribution system upgrades for the entire Expo facility.
