MW Builders provided general contracting services for Blue Valley School District for their new Recreation Center at Hilltop Campus. The project consists of the renovation and building addition to a former church youth center. MW Builders renovated approximately 33,000 SF to accommodate a FEMA-compliant storm shelter, restrooms, fitness, dance, and multipurpose rooms. The scope also included a new, 69,000-SF, 2-story facility with basketball and volleyball courts and a running track.
Site work included construction of new retaining walls, parking lots, and an above-ground storm detention basin.
