MW Builders was asked to complete simultaneous student housing projects in various stages of construction by student housing developer, Fountain Residential Partners. The Campus Vue student housing project, located in Houston, TX, consists of the construction of two, 5-story buildings and an 8-story, 476-space cast-in-place parking garage. The 206,000-SF project included 145 apartment units, clubhouse space, leasing space, fitness center, and other amenity spaces.
