MW Builders was selected to provide design-build services for Dallas Midpoint Crossing, a 550,000-SF speculative warehouse in Lancaster, TX near the intersection of N. Dallas Avenue and Telephone Road. Among the warehouse’s features include a 36-foot clear height, 282 parking spaces, and 130 trailer spaces for enhanced ingress and egress of shipments. The warehouse will sit on 26.7 acres and will be completed summer 2021. In less than 5 years, MW Builders has teamed with Pacheco Koch, GBA, and BSE on over 10 design-build projects.
