MW Builders completed a package distribution facility for FedEx Ground Operations located in Springfield, MO. The 225,000-SF service center is located on a 30-acre site and was built using concrete tilt-wall construction. The service center includes office space housing support and operations personnel. The warehouse space handles the sorting and delivery of the freight processed as well as conveying equipment systems in the facility. All associated site development/paving was designed to accommodate significant truck traffic both into and away from the service center and includes:
