The Horny Toad Harley Davidson Dealership was a private project for a retail destination built in Temple, TX. The owner selected MW Builders for the project over the competition because of their vast experience, the value they brought to the table, and local area knowledge that the team could provide.
This project is a 29,000-SF retail Harley Davidson Motorcycle Dealership that encompasses a 13,000-SF showroom of motorcycles, gifts, waiting area, and supplies. There is also a 5,000-SF service/maintenance area, a 5,000-SF warehouse for storage, and 2,000 SF of offices/management suites. Some of the signature elements included a soundproof room housing a dynamometer, a motorcycle training course, an outdoor multi-purpose patio, and covered motorcycle parking.
The building structure is a conventional slab on grade with drilled piers, site-cast tilt wall panels, and structural steel framing with a membrane roof. Interior finish-out includes metal-stud wall framing, painted exposed structure, and sealed and stained concrete floor.
