MW Builders and the KEG 1 O’Neal team recently completed a project building a new beverage distribution and office facility in Temple, TX. The building has a footprint that is approximately 108,785 SF in size and includes refrigerated storage, 16 loading docks, and an office space that totals approximately 8,535 SF. The building is located on the east side of Lucius McCelvey Drive and north of Enterprise Road in Temple, TX. A future building addition is planned on the east side of the currently proposed building site, increasing the total building footprint to approximately 201,000 SF.
