The Keller Town Center Hampton Inn & Suites project is on a 2.3-acre site with a 25,000-SF footprint. The hotel is three stories and has 110 units with an integrated in-ground pool, fitness center, meeting room, and two, 3-stop elevators. The exterior is comprised of thin brick, cast stone/limestone, and stucco. This is the first hotel in the city of Keller, and it is located directly across from the Town Hall and is surrounded by mixed-use and residential development.
