MW Builders is Lane Enterprises’ design-builder on their new storm-water piping manufacturing facility in Temple, TX. The 64,000-SF, tilt-wall building includes structural, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure to support the manufacturing process. The main manufacturing area includes a 12.5-ton bridge crane, and the building is designed for an additional bridge crane to be added in the future. The site of this project includes more than ten acres of gravel storage yard for the storm-water pipe the facility produces. An existing rail spur provides the ability for raw materials to be delivered by train.
