Open and ready to serve a variety of industries, the Lone Elm 716 and 515 Distribution Centers (Lone Elm Light Industrial Park) located in Olathe, KS, were recently completed by MW Builders. With room to expand and the potential to serve clients nationwide, these tilt-up structures allow for sustained growth for its tenants.
The project included two new buildings for a combined square footage of more than 1,230,000 SF. It also included all associated site work as well as the development and construction of a new road to service both new buildings.
As the design builder, MW Builders worked closely with GBA Architects and BSE Structural Engineers on this project. These were the third and fourth warehouse/distribution facilities that MW Builders has built for VanTrust Real Estate.
