MW Builders has completed construction of a 109,000-SF warehouse on a 6.9-acre site located in Oklahoma City, OK. This design-build project was a partnership between MW Builders, GBA Architects, and the owner, VanTrust Real Estate.
The concrete tilt-up structure reaches a height of 38 feet and includes 5,771 SF of office space, 18 loading docks, and one drive-up ramp. All associated site development and paving was designed to accommodate significant truck traffic, both into and away from the building.
Unique Aspect: This is the sixth collaboration between MW Builders and repeat client VanTrust Real Estate on an industrial warehouse building project.
