Midpoint Crossing

MW Builders provided design-build services for Dallas Midpoint Crossing, a 550,000 SF warehouse in Lancaster, TX near the intersection of N. Dallas Avenue and Telephone Road.

Among the warehouse’s features include a 36-foot clear height, 282 auto parking spaces, and 130 trailer spaces for enhanced ingress and egress of shipments. The warehouse sits on 26.7 acres and is expected to deliver by second quarter 2022.

In less than 5 years, MW Builders has teamed with Pacheco Koch, GBA, and BSA on over 10 design-build projects.
