MW Builders served as the construction manager for a new, dual-hotel project located in Fishkill, NY for long-time client True North Hotel Group. The unique project features construction of two new Marriott hotels on a shared site â a 3-story Residence Inn and a 4-story Springhill Suites. The hotels share the same lobby, common areas, indoor pool, fitness center, putting green, and 181 spaces of parking. The project consists of 116,250 SF of wood-framed construction on a 6.3-acre site.
Fishkill, NY is about 70 miles north of New York City, and is located on the banks of Fishkill Creek â a tributary of the Hudson River. MW Builders has a history working in this part of the Hudson Valley.
