MW Builders served as general contractor for The Kessler Residences project located in Prairie Village, KS. The multifamily development consists of 3 and 4-story wood-frame apartment buildings totaling 377,020 SF and 282 units which wrap around a 5-story precast parking garage totaling 148,000 SF and 448 spaces.
The apartment community features modern luxury apartments, a lavish collection of amenities, spacious green spaces including multiple courtyards, a 24-hour fitness center, private dining room, outdoor kitchens, and walking trails in an 84-acre park.
The Kessler Residences was the sixth project built for repeat client, VanTrust Real Estate, LLC.
