The Ranch at Arrington

This project includes the development of an apartment community near the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, TX. The Ranch at Arrington apartment complex is a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) project developed to accommodate the demand for non-student housing in the market.

Located on a 12-acre site on Arrington Road, the property is a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in two- and three-story buildings. Units range in size from 539 SF to 1,402 SF with interior features including:

• Granite countertops
• In-unit washers and dryers
• Soaking tubs
• Walk-in closets
• Custom cabinetry

Residents are also able to take advantage of various resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool and heated spa, sand volleyball court, culinary kitchen, meeting rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a dedicated yoga area.
