This 154,057-SF building’s foundation is slab on grade with drilled piers.  The exterior skin is concrete tilt wall with structural steel columns, beams, joists, joist girders, and a metal deck.  The building includes a sprinkler system, and sitework includes concrete paving parking and drives, storm drainage system, sanitary sewer to the building, fire water loop, and domestic and fire water to the building. Holcan Drive is an extension of the existing drive from FM 1127 and includes a continuous drainage channel through the site and extension of water and sewer utilities to the building.
