Tru/Home2 Suites by Hilton

MW Builders completed construction of a five-story, dual-brand TRU/Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel incorporating 179 keys located at the Stone Hill Town Center in Pflugerville, TX. The multi-brand concept provides larger and enhanced communal areas and amenities than what would be standard at a standalone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a mix of unique offerings — each catering to the needs of their respective guests — including designated lobby and dining areas. The property also has a variety of shared amenities including a game-filled lobby with a pool table; 24-hour fitness centers; outdoor pool and hot tub; and three outdoor patio areas with a fire pit and grills.

The hotel features interior-accessed, double-loaded corridor configuration on all floors. It utilized type II-A, one-hour steel structural framing on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation and a low slope, single-ply roof system and a combination of thin-set masonry and stucco system on the exterior.
