This design-build facility is a new assembly and manufacturing complex for United Alloy in Seguin, TX. The concrete, tilt-wall project includes 110,000 SF of warehouse and storage space and 10,000 SF of office space. It also includes five loading docks and is designed for future expansion of up to an additional 110,000 SF.
