Matt Bauer

Operations Manager

 As an Operations Manager, Matt provides oversight and management of project personnel and is ultimately responsible for the performance of projects within his department. He works closely with project teams to ensure that they have proper resources and support to deliver projects on time and within budget. Matt has a background in project management, holding leadership roles on projects of various facility types and delivery methods throughout the United States. 

Matt brings 21+ years of construction experience to the team, and has worked on a variety of construction projects including commercial, light industrial, and public works.
